- As for late or last minute cancellations or customers do not show up for their booking session, there will be a fee of 75$ that they will need to pay.
- Any form of copy right or copying will result in legal actions from the company.

- Once you book the flight you have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your trip
- Rescheduling has to be announced ahead of time or within 24 hours before the said date of the booking for the customers dog. You can call or reschedule online.
- If you want to ship your dog to a different location outside of our main areas you will need to pay an extra fee on top of your said flight.
- If you are a business or private company and want your animal to be shipped or rerouted to a different location please call ahead of time before your shipped date.
Accidental Dog Bites :
- Customers will be held responsible for any dog bites. And also there will be legal actions taken.
- Customers also have to sign a contract in agreement before the dog is taken in.
- If we deem your dog is aggressive towards other dogs and staff we will not proceed any further with the bookings.
